Q:   What's your favorite part of your job?

A:  Easy - when clients call me and say "I'm thinking about doing __ - what do you think?"  To me, that means clients don't just trust my data, they trust me to find them the right data, and give them a creative, data-based answer.

My credentials.

I have 12 years of marketing data analysis experience, the last 5 of those focused on web data.  Perhaps more importantly, I also have a strong strategic business background.  I know how to translate data into exciting and relevant business information. 

My most important credential.

Happy clients.  Delighted clients. 

I'm an experienced, skilled analyst, but honestly, I'm not sure that's why my clients like me.  I get excited about their business.  I bring creative, practical ideas to the table.  I'm willing to step outside my expertise and brainstorm.  I help them hold their focus.

My role.

I see my job as learning about your business - what are your current priorities, needs, goals?  Then I figure out what data I can get you that will help you do your job. 

Unless you really want them, I don't overwhelm you with charts and tables.  More often, I get on the phone with you and walk you through the highlights and get the full benefit of your deep knowledge mixed in with the data. Then we talk about what to do with that information.  It's my job to make the data speak your language, not the other way around.
